I would be very interested in anything Skylab does as I have followed their designs for years. Although they are occasionally too edgy for me I can always soften with a bit of woodsy regionalism of my own. I am looking toward green and affordable for a recently purchased oceanview lot in the trees in Neahkanie/Manzanita, Oregon.
By the way the prefab on this home page is wonderful!

Interested in custom features available also 1) What is exterior clad options, 2) can a geothermal h/ac system (location KC, MO) be adapted to the cabin, 3) what is exterior wall thickness - R value. 4) do you provide site evaluation for maximum cabin orientation.

Thank you.

Hi, I am looking forward to buying some land here in the east coast, probably upstate NY. I grew up in Woodinville Wash, when it was quite rural, My dad built our house himself, and looking back, it was quite modern for the time. He built a small saw mill to make lumber for the house from trees he got from the woods on our property. I hope most of them were fallen trees, we did seem to have a lot of them from storms. I have been looking at horse farm properties with homes on them ( I now live in NYC) and realize after looking at the style of homes for sale, I am quite the west coast girl after all, and much prefer the close to nature style home I am looking forward to what you will be offering.

When my husband and I are in the position to buy a house- I want a prefab! It's my dream to have one surrounded by trees, and then another nearby as my design studio! i would LOVE to get some more info! Great work, i'm a huge fan and believe in the importance of what you are doing with your design!
