We at Method Homes are committed to sustainable design and construction. Sustainable construction is a core value for us and is why we do what we do. Building our homes in the factory reduces construction waste to less than 10 percent of materials used (all recycled) compared to the standard 30 percent in site-built construction. In addition, impact to the site is dramatically reduced. Our factory built process in conjunction with enhanced insulation, energy efficient systems, solar options, and energy star appliances ensures Method Homes are energy efficient and will save the owner money.
Method Homes provides fresh indoor air to inhabitants by offering radiant heat, increased ventilation, and eliminating VOC finishes and other harmful chemicals in our adhesives, lumber and materials. The home never is exposed to the elements until complete risk of mold is reduced. All Method homes target LEED for homes 2.0 Gold certification or higher. We are committed to sustainability and implement innovative new technologies wherever possible.
