The Cabin Series: Our flagship design, available in many floor plans ranging from 1200-2800+ square feet. The Method Cabin can be configured numerous ways and is completely modifiable and customizable.

S-M-L Series: Small Medium and Large self contained homes with smaller footprints. Prefab in-law or guest cottage, artist studios & ADU's that can function as additions or permanent residences.

Balance Custom Prefab:The Balance Custom Prefab option is perfect for those looking to design a custom home to fit their individual lifestyle and location, but are challenged by issues common to remote sites such as limited material and skilled labor availability.

DADUs: The city of Seattle recently approved a measure allowing Detached Accessory Dwelling Units city wide. We believe prefab is the perfect solution for in city DADUs due to short build time, minimal site and sound disturbance, minimized waste and the fact that they can arrive 95% complete get plugged in and be ready for occupancy. Method has several pre-designed DADUs including S or the S-M-L series and can also custom design a DADU for your lot.
