Balance Custom Prefab Pricing: Each custom design will be custom priced based on its design. A target price can be set and the the design can take into consideration this price.
DADUs: Detached accessory dwelling unit pricing can start as low as $100 a square foot for the prefab due to the simple nature of the structures. This will be based on each design, specifications and finishes but we can set price target prior to starting design.
Homb: Homb pricing is in line with Method's pricing at $160 a square and up for the prefab portion.
Method Custom Prefab: Custom prefab pricing will be determined based on each design and specifications.
