The West Coast Method Factory is full and gearing up to stay busy through the spring. Here is a preview of projects currently underway:
We are finishing up framing of a new Element Model 3 by Chris Pardo Design for the Hawthorne Hills neighborhood in Seattle. The home features several customizations including an additional room for an artist’s studio and greenroofs on either side of the second story roof deck.
We have also begun a custom bungalow-style home designed by Mark Archiecture that will be located in Tiburon in Marin County. The home is similar in classic aesthetic to our Cottage Series homes with custom built-ins, wainscoting, window boxes, and traditional finishes. Sustainable, healthy materials are a major factor for the client, so all materials contain no VOCs or UA formaldehyde. Framing is almost complete and we are transitioning into mechanical and electrical installs.
We have more exciting work on the horizon and look forward to sharing details on these projects and the new custom East Hampton residence now underway at Method East. Thanks for reading and stay tuned!
