Modular Townhomes to go up in West Seattle over 2 days

November 25, 2013

Seattle, WA – Method Homes, builder of sustainable, modern, prefab homes and commercial structures, announces the installation of a recently built modular townhome development project in West Seattle that will be installed at 2816 South West Genesee Street. The three townhomes will arrive in 12 pieces and be craned onto their foundation over two days. The homes are being offered as pre-sale opportunities for move-in availability in Q1 2014.

The homes were constructed in Method’s manufacturing facility located north of Bellingham in Ferndale, Washington, and will arrive at the site nearly complete, with windows, kitchens, appliances, baths, flooring, and light fixtures already installed. On site work will involve joining the modules at the seams, utility connections, and installing remaining siding, which typically takes 6 to 8 weeks.

Designed by Method’s architect partner Chris Pardo Design: Elemental Architecture, each 1,630 square foot, 4-Star Built Green home is 3 levels with 3 bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms, an attached garage, and rooftop deck. Two of the units have a shared wall and the third is a stand-alone unit. All of the townhomes share a parking court. They are situated across the street from the West Seattle Golf Course in the Youngstown neighborhood of West Seattle.

The townhomes were developed by RITCS Holdings, Inc. and are being listed through Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Northwest Real Estate (formerly Prudential Northwest Realty) starting at $450,000.
