Method Homes is installing three modular townhomes in West Seattle next week that will be available for presale, and ready for occupancy by the first quarter of next year. They were designed by Chris Pardo Design: Elemental Architecture.RITCS Holdings, Inc. is the developer. Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Northwest Real Estate (formerly Prudential Northwest Realty) is listing the homes, which start at $450,000.The site is at 2816 S.W. Genesee St., across from the West Seattle Golf Course in the Youngstown neighborhood.The townhomes will arrive at the site in 12 pieces and will be craned onto the foundation over two days.
