House of the Immediate Future (HOIF) is a prefab hybrid house designed for Habitat for Humanity for Seattle’s Next Fifty Celebration. The net-zero energy home features a ‘wet core’ built by Method that centralizes the homes electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems, allowing for Habitat for Humanity volunteers to build around the core.
